I hereby give my consent to Tap And Shine (2501032 Alberta Inc) to capture, record, and use video footage and images of me for the following purposes:

Promotional Materials: I consent to the use of video footage and images of me in promotional materials, including but not limited to websites, social media platforms, brochures, advertisements, and presentations, to showcase the services provided by 2501032 Alberta Inc.
Training and Demonstrations: I consent to the use of video footage and images of me for training purposes, including training materials, workshops, and demonstrations, within the business or for external training events.
Customer Consultations: I consent to the use of video footage and images of me during customer consultations, to demonstrate the application process, techniques, and results of services
provided by 2501032 Alberta Inc.

I understand and agree to the following:

Compliance with Privacy Laws: I acknowledge that 2501032 Alberta Inc. will comply with applicable privacy laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) in Alberta, Canada, in the collection, use, and storage of personal information captured in the video footage and images.
Ownership and Usage: I grant 2501032 Alberta Inc. the non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the video footage and images for the purposes outlined above. I understand that I will not receive any compensation for the use of the footage and images.
Confidentiality and Security: 2501032 Alberta Inc. will take reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality and security of the personal information captured in the video footage and images. Personal information will only be used in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.
Revocation of Consent: I understand that I have the right to revoke this consent at any time by providing written notice to 2501032 Alberta Inc. However, revocation will not affect any prior use or publication of the video footage and images.
Release of Liability: I release 2501032 Alberta Inc., its employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the capture, recording, or use of the video footage and images, including but not limited to claims for invasion of privacy or unauthorized use of likeness.
